The storage section is where the tuns and the barrels are. It is in the plant underground in an area with very little light and high humidity, as a wine cellar in a castle. The cachaça, having rested at least 6 months, is ready to be pumped with a special pump for food industry bottling section. The bottles are washed and drained in special equipment for this purpose. The Cachaça flows through 2 filters that remove any waste from the wood tuns or barrels and eventual copper particles. In the bottler, the bottles are filled and then go to a machine which press the caps. Then each bottle goes to a light device for verification of complete transparency. The final steps are labeling and packaging, when they will be ready for dispatch.

The strict attention to every detail, the total hygiene and complete asepsis of the equipment are essential for quality assurance.
